1. I send out all orders the day the order is placed. Most small items should be received in 2-3 days. Unforseen delays (such as weather) are not under my control - but rest assured: when I say something has been shipped, it has DEFINITELY been shipped.
2. All products are guaranteed to work/play and are in the condition stated. If the product is damaged in the mail, contact me and we will find a solution (a replacement if possible or a refund [minus shipping costs]).
3. All artwork related pieces on the site are my own original pieces. Do not steal, trace, copy, or redistribute as your own.
4. My handmade t-shirts come with washing instructions - if you do NOT follow the instructions and the shirts are damaged, I cannot be blamed, and you will NOT get a refund.
5. I will keep all your personal information 100% private, and that's a promise. Everything is kept absolutely confidential.
